Capital VII – Cigar

Two years ago, I make one pair casual low top shoes for my casual weekend shoes, but using 5.5 Oz Pull-Up leather, the leather that originally designed for boots. But my friend in love with that pair, and ask me to give the shoes for him, before that shoes is beaten up by myself.

Then a couple month ago, he pay a visit to our workshop with that shoes on his feet (yes! on his feet, not over his head). I was struck by his shoes. His pair is well worn, and has been beaten beautifully. He wear with no mercy, scratch over here and there.

Then I was decide to designed Capital using the same material. I think the leather especially at medallion area (toe) will develop some unique character.

Capital VII coming with wedge style crepe sole, to ensure you got a good grip yet comfortable when walking. Hand-welted goodyear as always for easy resoling, flat welt to added classic looks, and hidden eyelets to prevent laces wear out quickly.

Since she’s using boots leather for upper material, do not expect too much at first date,  but you know she’ll aged beautifully.
